QUESTIONS / CONCERNS

RANDOM TICKET LINE-UP - CONCERTS AND EVENTS
The random ticket draw system in place at the Pengrowth Saddledome begins one hour prior to a concert or show on-sale. Everyone in line at the Pengrowth Saddledome Box Office will be given a numbered wristband. A number is then randomly drawn and the person holding that number becomes the first person to purchase tickets for the show. The rest of the line forms numerically behind the number drawn. For example, if five numbers are distributed and #3 is drawn, the line-up formed would be 3 - 4 - 5 - 1 - 2.
Anyone arriving at the Pengrowth Saddledome Box Office after random ticket numbers are distributed can purchase their tickets after all random ticket draw numbers have been served.
RECORDING DEVICES
Guests may not bring audio or video recording devices into the Pengrowth Saddledome. These devices include, but are not limited to: video cameras / camcorders and audio recording devices. Any equipment must be removed from the premises or checked in at Guest Services.

RETIRED JERSEYS
A retired jersey number is the highest honour a player from one of our teams can achieve at the Pengrowth Saddledome. When a number is retired, it will forever hang from the rafters and can never be worn by another player. Retired Calgary Flames jerseys are #9 (Lanny McDonald) and #30 (Mike Vernon). There is one retired Calgary Hitmen jersey, #20 (Brad Moran).
SCALPERS
Ticket scalpers are not recognized ticket agents of the Pengrowth Saddledome. If you purchase tickets from a scalper, intentionally or not, you risk being refused entry. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, void or other invalid tickets, the Pengrowth Saddledome strongly urges all patrons to purchase their tickets from authorized Ticketmaster outlets or the Pengrowth Saddledome Box Office and not to patronize ticket brokers or scalpers. Validity of scalped tickets cannot be confirmed by the Calgary Flames office.
Guests may not re-sell tickets at any price on Pengrowth Saddledome property.
